Entering a parcel into a forthcoming sale

If you are thinking about marketing a parcel of timber we can offer a very convenient method of ensuring your timber is advertised as widely as possible and is then sold competitively, either by auction or tender.

We also provide a free independent advice service on all aspects of timber marketing. This service, provided by an experienced Chartered Forester, is offered with no obligation on your part to proceed with a sale through Beacon Forestry.

Beacon Forestry operate a strict no sale/no fee policy. We charge a sale commission of 2.3% (subject to £100 min) plus vat only in the event of a successful sale. FTA members enjoy an even lower rate of 1.5% plus vat.

How To Enter a Parcel

You can enter a parcel on a provisional basis using the on-line entry form.

There is no commitment to proceed any further once you have submitted the form if you subsequently change your mind – simply fill in the form with as much information as you have to hand at present. We will then contact you to discuss the proposed sale and offer any advice, if required, on how to proceed.
